By using Quiet Translator you agree to these terms. This is a binding agreement between you and NeuroOrbit AI. Please read it carefully before using the application.
NeuroOrbit AI grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use Quiet Translator solely for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms of Use.
Violation of any of the following will result in immediate account termination without refund.
All rights, title, and interest in the application — including its user interface, design, source code, algorithms, branding, and trademarks — remain exclusively with NeuroOrbit AI. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the application or its intellectual property.
NeuroOrbit AI reserves the right to modify API usage limits, features, pricing, or these Terms with at least 14 days' advance notice delivered by email or in-app notification.
The service may be temporarily suspended for scheduled or emergency maintenance without prior notice and will be restored as promptly as reasonably practicable.
NeuroOrbit AI may suspend or terminate your access immediately upon material breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings screen. Deletion is processed within 30 days and results in permanent removal of your account data.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NeuroOrbit AI and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the application in violation of these Terms, (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation, or (c) your infringement of any third-party rights.
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration. Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
EU/EEA users retain the right to bring claims before the courts of their Member State of habitual residence pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012.
Class Action Waiver: You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy and Legal Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and NeuroOrbit AI with respect to Quiet Translator.
